Updates...

This is my American War of Independence Project page. The vast majority of my collection was donated to me in about '89/'90 by a really good friend of mine John Corrigan ('Lofty C', and ex-Royal Marine), sadly John died in 2011 so this page will remain dedicated to him as a little reminder in cyberspace..

Cheers John

Concerning "Redoubts/Earthworks" - Thank you very much for the good idea, I have immediately imitated it, with some variations. You can see the result at my blog (http://fg-zinnfiguren.blogspot.com/). I've used triangular ledge, which gives the thing a rather natural looking slope, I think. If you wish a more detailed picture I can take some from different angles.

Steve -- love your work. I have been doing some research onmy relative Dr. Ebenezer Beeman who fought in the American Revolution Dec 1775 - Dec 1776 under Col Goose Van Schaick 1st Regiment, under Capt. Eleazer Curtiss.

With great excitement I saw your miniatures #41 & #42 showing soldiers and the regimental colours. I am particularly interested in the uniform specifics and details of the flag. Both my sister (DAR) and I (SAR -- awaiting final acknowledgement) are first relative members in the history of our family and I will eventually have a uniform made and we would like to proudly display the regimental colours. I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide.

Respectfully,
